 chapter ThreeCareer Mentor’s System

Article 12  The appointment of the career mentors:

  1. Each department should appoint a career mentor, selected from the full-time faculty by the department chair.
  2. When the career mentor leaves the position due to inevitable conditions, the department chair needs to elect other faculty to take the position, and notify the management division.

Article 13  Responsibilities of the career mentors:

  1. Provide students career guidance, career planning, career assessment results consultation, as well as keep career records.
  2. Participate in the career training courses and the career mentors’ meetings organized by the Learning and Career Development Center.
  3. Conducting investigations of graduates to the department.
  4. Responsible for arranging the “career activities” of the department and handling the “career lectures” of the affiliated schools.
  5. Assisting the school to promote employment fairs.

Article 14  Employed by the director of the department as a career mentors, each

semester give to NT$5,000. Add NT$1,000 bonus through related career

professional license (Domestic licenses and international licenses are

limited once).

Article 15  Select Five Excellent performance career mentors in each academic year,

award certificate and NT$5,000. According to the regulations of the

responsible unit, select the excellent career mentors.

Article 16  The career mentors should be evaluated at the end of each school year,

the evaluation score is link to the teacher coaching performance

evaluation indicator. The evaluation criteria for the responsible unit.
